I work with each client individually using a proven training system built around the six fundamental movement patterns and key physical performance characteristics. My coaching philosophy is based on movement mastery — improving strength, mobility, and control while reducing the risk of injury.
Certified through NASM and PPSC, I bring over eight years of hands-on coaching experience and nearly a decade as a professional athlete. I design programs that are challenging, realistic, and sustainable, adapting every session to your goals, injuries, limitations, and lifestyle.
I hold my clients accountable, push them mentally and physically, and support them every step of the way. From general fitness and weight loss to athletic performance and youth development, I help kids, teens, and adults build confidence, discipline, and long-term results through intelligent training.

Book a Training Session
Personal training is offered through both in-person and online coaching options, allowing training to be tailored to individual needs, schedules, and goals. Youth and adult in-person sessions are $80 per session and are programmed to align with each client’s abilities, limitations, and long-term objectives.
All new clients begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 PM, to discuss goals, training history, injuries, and expectations before starting training.
For clients seeking flexibility or remote coaching, online training services are available at $200 per month. This option includes individualized programming delivered through a training app, ongoing check-ins, and coaching support.
More Ways to Pay
For clients who prefer to prepay, 5-session and 10-session punch passes are available. These options are ideal for those who want to train more consistently, schedule sessions in advance, and maintain momentum over time.
